- Project Accounting: cost control, margin analysis, correction of links between projects and production, support for monthly/year-end closing
- Operational Finance & Closing: closing reports, SOPs, journal imports, dimension structures
- Business Analysis & Optimization: process modeling (BPMN, Fit/Gap), gap identification, coordination between Finance–Production–IT
- Reporting & Data Analysis: complex Excel reports, Working Progress analysis, identification of system errors
- Training & Communication: conducting training sessions, preparing educational materials, supporting users

- Deep expertise in D365 Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, Production Control, Electronic Reporting)
- Experience analyzing Revenue/COGS, WIP, production costs, and project accounting
- Practical experience with GDPdU-/GoBD exports
- Strong understanding of period closing and accounting logic
- Experience in building interpretive financial reports
- System thinking and ability to see the full finance-production cycle
- Strong communication and training skills
- Languages: English / German / Russian
