- Planning, controlling, and continuously optimizing maintenance and servicing activities
- Establishing and further developing an effective preventive maintenance system
- Analyzing malfunctions and initiating sustainable improvement measures
- Responsibility for spare parts management from both technical and economic perspectives
- Leading, motivating, and developing the maintenance team
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations in the areas of occupational safety, environmental protection, and statutory inspections

Your profile
- Completed technical training (e.g., mechatronics technician, electrician, or industrial mechanic), ideally with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in maintenance within a production company
- Solid knowledge of preventive maintenance, repair processes, and equipment management
- Experience in planning, controlling, and documenting maintenance processes
- Good knowledge of spare parts management
- Confident use of relevant IT systems (e.g., CMMS)
- Knowledge of occupational safety and statutory inspection requirements
- Strong analytical thinking, structured working style, and high problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and team orientation
- High sense of responsibility and commitment to safety and environmental protection
- Flexibility and willingness to work overtime when required
