- Assistance with maintaining and updating QM and IMS documentation
- Support in preparing and accompanying internal and external audits
- Assistance with collecting, evaluating and preparing key performance indicators
- Support in handling deviations, complaints and corrective actions
- Maintenance and administration of quality-related documents and records
- Collaboration with various departments within the scope of quality management
- Support with organizational and administrative tasks in the area of quality management

Your profile
- Completed technical or commercial training, ideally with initial further training or interest in quality management
- Initial experience in quality management or in documentation within a manufacturing company is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 is desirable; knowledge of ISO 19443 is an advantage
- Initial experience with audits or interest in further training as an internal auditor is desirable
- Structured, careful and reliable way of working
- Enjoyment of administrative and organizational tasks as well as working with documents
- Confident use of MS Office
- Good German and English skills; Russian skills are an advantage
