Student Assistant in Human Resources (m/f/d)

Your mission

  • Support with the HR digitalisation project: categorising, scanning and archiving documents
  • Reviewing and digitising personnel master data in the Personio HR management system
  • Support with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Assistance with other HR matters

Your profile

  • Valid student registration
  • Very good command of German (at least C1)
  • Proficiency in using a computer, particularly Microsoft 365, Word and Excel
  • Experience in an office or administrative role
  • A meticulous and structured approach to work
  • Reliability and a sense of responsibility
  • High level of confidentiality when handling sensitive data

General conditions:
  • Start date: 1 August 2026
  • Duration: 3 months (with the option to extend)
  • Working hours: 20 hours per week, up to 25 hours during the university holidays
