Material Coordinator – Auxiliary and Operating Materials (m/f/d) - Full-time position

Your mission

  • Inspection of incoming goods for identity, quantity, and quality
  • Comparison of deliveries with accompanying documents (delivery notes, packing lists)
  • Documentation of deviations and damages
  • Performing incoming goods inspections according to internal guidelines
  • Unpacking, sorting, and proper temporary storage of items
  • Proper storage of goods in the warehouse
  • Processing of returns
  • Recording incoming goods in the warehouse management or ERP system
  • Maintenance and updating of inventory data in the system
  • Monitoring and ensuring optimal stock levels for auxiliary and operating materials
  • Determining and coordinating material requirements with specialist departments
  • Coordination of material requests and support in procurement
  • Close cooperation with purchasing, production, and other internal interfaces to ensure timely material supply
  • Support in optimizing warehouse and material flow processes
  • Participation in inventories as well as analysis and clarification of stock discrepancies
  • Collaboration with the warehouse team and other departments

Your profile

  • Completed training in logistics, materials management, or a comparable qualification is an advantage
  • Initial experience in warehousing, goods receiving, or materials coordination is desirable – career changers welcome!
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse management or ERP systems is an advantage
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Careful, structured, and reliable working style
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to perform physical work
  • Good written and spoken German skills
  • Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and flexibility
  • Willingness to work shifts
